Read the Referral Program Terms
  1. The reward. Jonar Property Solutions pays $500 per referred property that we purchase and close on.
  2. When it is earned. The $500 is earned only if we enter into a purchase agreement with the referred owner and that transaction closes and funds. Payment is issued within ten (10) business days after closing.
  3. One reward per property. If more than one person refers the same property, the reward goes to the first submission received. A property already in our records or already in contact with us at the time of submission does not qualify.
  4. Introductions only. Your role is limited to providing the name and contact information of a property owner. You may not negotiate, market, show, advertise, price, or represent Jonar Property Solutions or the owner in any way. Doing so may require a real estate license under Indiana law and will void the referral.
  5. Licensed professionals. If you hold an active real estate license, you must have your managing broker's written approval before participating.
  6. Accurate information. You confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are not submitting the details of someone who has asked not to be contacted.
  7. Taxes. Referral rewards are reportable income. We may request a completed IRS Form W-9 before payment, and we will issue a Form 1099-NEC if total payments to you reach $600 or more in a calendar year.
  8. No obligation. Submitting a referral does not obligate Jonar Property Solutions to contact, make an offer on, or purchase any property. The owner is under no obligation to sell.
  9. Program changes. We may modify or discontinue this program at any time. The terms in effect on the date your referral is submitted govern that referral.
  10. Not real estate advice. Jonar Property Solutions is a real estate investment company that buys homes for its own account. We are not acting as a licensed real estate broker or agent in this transaction, and nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.
